Stage 1: Planning, Design, + Product Procurement

  • Fixed Rate | 7-10 Day Process | $2,500
    1. Identifying goals (functionality, aesthetic/style, budget, etc) with client.
    2. Take photos, videos + measurements.
    3. Configuration of the space for maximum efficiency.
    4. Create 3D renderings of possible outcomes (3-4 different options of style/setup).
    5. Product Procurement (list of links and/or location like brick and mortar stores according to size + style). 

Stage 2: Implementation + Execution Process

  • Pricing Depends on the Scope & Complexity of the Project
    1. Coordination with contractors (movers, trash-pickup, painters, handyman, electricians, etc.) 
    2. Pickup of furniture at local stores or private sellers (OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) or supplies once client has agreed to renderings + product list.  
    3. Real-time shopping - alone or with client (optional). 
    4. Execution of setup.
