    • Client provides photos/videos of the space and we discuss organizational and/or design goals for the area. 

 

  • 4 Hour Session | $400
    • Organize a small area of your home such as a loft, laundry room, bathroom, closet, etc.

 

  • 6 Hour Session | $600
    • Organize an entire room such as an office, bedroom, kitchen, walk-in closet, pantry, etc. 

 

  • 8 Hour Session | $800
    • Organize large areas, such as garages or multiple areas in the home. 

 

Design + Decorating

Stage 1: Planning, Design, + Product Procurement

  • Fixed Rate | 7-10 Day Process | $2,500
    1. Identifying goals (functionality, aesthetic/style, budget, etc) with client.
    2. Take photos, videos + measurements.
    3. Configuration of the space for maximum efficiency.
    4. Create 3D renderings of possible outcomes (3-4 different options of style/setup).
    5. Product Procurement (list of links and/or location like brick and mortar stores according to size + style). 
Stage 2: Implementation + Execution Process
  • Pricing Depends on the Scope & Complexity of the Project
    1. Coordination with contractors (movers, trash-pickup, painters, handyman, electricians, etc.) 
    2. Pickup of furniture at local stores or private sellers (OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) or supplies once client has agreed to renderings + product list.  
    3. Real-time shopping - alone or with client (optional). 
    4. Execution of setup. 

 

Waste Removal + Disposal Solutions
  • Baggage Buster Service | $500 - $700
    • The collection and disposal of multiple garbage bags from your home office, or yard. 

  • Furniture Fixer & Trash Tidier | $700 - $1,100
    • We'll pick up and responsibly dispose of broken furniture and accompanying trash bags.

  • Electronic Waste Ender | $900 - $1,500
    • Say goodbye to e-waste worries with our electronic waste pick-up service, ensuring safe disposal of broken electronics.

  • Construction Cleanup Crew | $1,200 - $3,000

    • Our team specializes in clearing construction work sites, hauling away debris, and leaving your site clean and ready for the next phase.

 

'Handyman Work'

  • Daily Rate | $350
    • Small to medium-sized repairs and installations.
    • Fixing minor plumbing issues (e.g., leaky faucets, clogged drains).
    • Installing or replacing fixtures (e.g., light fixtures, ceiling fans).
    • Assembling and installing small to medium-sized furniture items.
    • Painting a room or touch-up work.
    • Repairing or patching drywall in a small area.
    • Basic carpentry tasks like repairing a single cabinet door or building a small shelf.
    • Replacing door locks or handles.
    • Completing minor electrical work, such as installing outlets or switches.
    • Larger repairs and installations.
    • More extensive plumbing work (e.g., installing a new sink or toilet).
